Peopoly Opens General Sales of Giga 800 Large-Format Pellet 3D Printer
The 800 × 800 × 800 mm pellet system adds laser-assisted bed leveling and starts at US$15,000 EXW.

3D Printing Industry reported on October 22, 2026 that Peopoly had opened general sales of its Giga 800 fused granulate fabrication (FGF) 3D printer. The commercial release follows an Early Adopter program launched after the machine’s May 2026 introduction. Pricing starts at US$15,000 EXW, excluding costs such as freight, taxes and installation.
The Giga 800 has an 800 × 800 × 800 mm build volume. Its new laser-assisted leveling system measures the build surface, creates a height map and compensates for surface variation during printing. Peopoly says the dual-zone screw extruder can deliver up to 3 kg/h depending on material and conditions, with support for ABS, ASA, PLA, PETG, PCTG, fiber-reinforced polymers, TPU and PEBA. The system accepts third-party pellets, uses Klipper and Orca Slicer profiles, and can operate without a cloud connection.
Those performance and compatibility figures are manufacturer claims. The source does not provide independent comparative tests of dimensional accuracy, long-term reliability or sustained real-world throughput. Peopoly plans to demonstrate the system with Siraya Tech at Formnext 2026 using low-warp ABS and ASA, carbon-fiber-reinforced PPA and a foaming TPU material.
Key facts
- Build volume: 800 × 800 × 800 mm
- Starting price: US$15,000 EXW
- Manufacturer-rated maximum material flow: up to 3 kg/h depending on conditions
- Automatic bed compensation based on a laser-generated height map
- No proprietary pellet requirement; Klipper and Orca Slicer profiles
Context
A disclosed entry price and automated compensation across a large build surface make the system easier to evaluate for in-house tooling and large prototype production.
