Fengshun County in Guangdong Province has announced a metal additive manufacturing industrial-base project led by Jingye Future Intelligent Manufacturing, part of Jingye Group. According to government releases and reporting by 3DP id.arts, the two-phase RMB 5 billion plan calls for 20 metal-powder lines, 400 metal 3D printers and 100 metal injection molding lines. The agreement was signed on September 23, 2026, with partial phase-one operation targeted by year-end.

Planned products include foldable-device hinges and camera modules, plus precision robot parts, liquid-cooling components and medical devices. At full completion, the project targets RMB 10 billion in annual output and more than 1,000 direct jobs. These are government and developer projections; equipment suppliers, utilization and production yield are not confirmed. A possible EPlus3D role is an inference based on previous business ties, not an announced procurement.
