BigRep Introduces 670-Liter ALTRA 670 Industrial FFF System
BigRep has introduced the ALTRA 670 with a 1,200 × 700 × 800 mm build volume, dual 450°C extruders, and a 140°C chamber and bed.
The ALTRA 670 is an industrial FFF system for large technical-polymer parts. It uses dual DSX extruders, industrial controls, servo motors, ball-screw drives, and Relay Mode to switch extruders when filament runs out.
First-series machines are in production, with initial deliveries planned by the end of Q1 2027. BigRep also announced a return to private ownership and reported about 45% revenue growth over the past year. Those growth and application claims come from the company, not independent machine testing or audited results.
