The China Securities Regulatory Commission has requested supplemental materials in eight areas for UnionTech's application to list on the HKEX Main Board. UnionTech filed on June 26, 2026, with Haitong International as sole sponsor.

The questions cover certain equity transfers priced at zero or one yuan, incentives granted to external advisers, a concert-party agreement among 13 shareholders, Zou Bo's departure and possible intellectual-property disputes, and the termination of earlier A-share listing tutoring. The regulator also asked whether any large-model or other AI business complies with China's interim rules for generative AI services.

This is a regulatory information request published on September 30, 2026, not a finding of noncompliance or a rejection of the listing. 3D Printing Industry's independent report is based on the official request and listing documents.
