Aurora Labs Raises A$6 Million to Scale Printed Turbojet Production
Aurora Labs is raising A$6 million through roughly 109.1 million new shares to expand AU4 turbojet production and manufacturing systems.

Australia's Aurora Labs is raising A$6 million through a placement to expand production of small turbojet engines. It will issue about 109.1 million shares at A$0.055 each, a reported 6.77% discount to the prior A$0.059 close.
About A$4.6 million is expected to settle in early November 2026. The remaining A$1.4 million is subject to shareholder approval planned for January 2027. Proceeds are earmarked for production lines, industrial metal printers, manufacturing documentation, staffing, and aerospace-quality systems.
Aurora says its AU4 produces up to 400 N of thrust, but the propulsion business remains at an early commercial stage. The raise dilutes shareholders, and higher output and follow-on orders still depend on execution.

- The placement totals A$6 million
- The issue price is A$0.055 per share
- The second A$1.4 million tranche requires shareholder approval
