Meshy Adds 3D Generation and Print Preparation to Hermes Agent
Meshy released an official Hermes Agent plugin covering conversational 3D generation, repair, scaling, and 3MF export.
Meshy's generation skill creates textured 3D models from text, images, or multiview references and saves GLB, FBX, OBJ, STL, or USDZ files. Its print-preparation skill checks printability, repairs common geometry issues, scales to real-world dimensions, and exports 3MF for single- or multicolor printing.
Installation is free, but generation requires a paid Meshy plan and credits, with user approval before a job runs. Automated repair or a “printable” result does not validate a specific printer, material, nozzle, or support setup; final review remains with the user.
