US orthopedic manufacturer restor3d says the Velora Acetabular System will enter full commercial release in November 2026. Its titanium cup uses the company’s porous TIDAL architecture, spans 40–70 mm, and is designed to pair a 36 mm head with a 48 mm cup or a 40 mm head with a 52 mm cup.

The company also reports the first Identity Kinematic Alignment cases on its CT-based patient-specific knee platform. These are company-announced commercial and clinical milestones; the report does not provide long-term outcomes or comparative clinical results.

Key facts

  • Velora cups span 40–70 mm
  • The system pairs a 36 mm head with a 48 mm cup and a 40 mm head with a 52 mm cup
